Sahrawi children eat little and above all terribly badly.
The large amount of fluoride in drinking water leads to a situation of severe dental fluorosis in children.
For this reason, in collaboration with two Sahrawi dentist, trained in Cuba and Algiers, practicing their profession in Smara and Laayoune, we have subjected all our athletes to a thorough dental examination.
There, caries were found and treated in 60% of patients and an accurate dental cleaning was performed in 80% of them.
The smiles of our boxers are back to shine.
Every year we will visit our children to ensure they are in perfect dental health.
